The eTransformation Corporate Content Specialist will work with data management experts in eTransformation and global business teams to improve the use and impact of digital rich media content. The role will collaborate closely with the eTransformation Content Strategist and other eTransformation teams including Content Excellence and Global Execution. Specific responsibilities include:
Identify and implement best practice methods and processes to produce and maintain world class web content
Manage vendor relationship with video content hosting suppliers
Define requirements for integration of rich media and interactive content into user experience
Support content management in corporate web properties
Collaborate across eTransformation sub-teams to drive content management best practices
Define future web content management requirements and processes
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
3+ years of experience in web content management
3+ years of experience with rich media content for the web
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience writing for the web
1+ year of experience with content optimization for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
1+ year of experience with outcome based content optimization
1+ year of experience working with interactive agencies
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to manage ambiguity; work autonomously or in small teams, and multi-task
