3M is seeking a Procedure Marketing for the 3M ESPE Dental Division located in Maplewood, MN. Be part of what’s next!
Job Summary:
The US Digital Procedure Marketer provides marketing leadership for the Digital Systems and Crown and Bridge Businesses within the 3M ESPE Dental Division. This position will report directly to the U.S. Marketing Manager.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Execute marketing campaigns driving profitable share gain for new and existing products and procedures
- Develop and execute unique account, channel and/or segment marketing programs
- Launch new products into the U.S. market, executing global launch plan, recommending U.S pricing based on global price corridors and provides NPP forecast
- Lead the development of the U.S. Marketing Plan that will accelerate demand generation and growth
- Lead cross-functional team to execute marketing plan and drive growth
- Provide input to the global team on new product opportunities, branding, pyramid strategy, new product launch packages and US customer and market insights
- Develop and execute programs to measure, improve and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop customer advocacy program to drive loyalty and engagement, and develop brand evangelists
- Support field sales with customer problem resolution, rep support, collateral requests, etc.
- Provide market share and forecast updates
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in marketing and/or market development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration with degree emphasis in Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with a broad range of marketing principles and procedures
- New products marketing experience
- Digital marketing experience
Location: Maplewood, MN
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel
