3M is seeking a Customer Care Representative for the Health Care Business Group supporting 3M ESPE Division located in Maplewood, MN. Be part of what’s next!
Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Customer Care Representative will offer continued support of 3M ESPE Division’s Digital Oral Care. Provide in-depth technical product, education, service, and sales support via phone and other electronic interfaces to internal/external business partners and customers.
The 3M ESPE Division has been voted the most innovative manufacturer of dental products in the industry and is considered a market leader within every market segment it participates.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist customers in resolving their technical difficulties with the product.
- Ability to communicate technical information to customers and handle difficult customer situations.
- Serve as a contact for internal customers of the digital systems.
- Complete all required processes and procedures in relation to customer contact / complaints and documentation of the results.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 1 combined years of IT and/or customer service experience
- Technical support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dental industry knowledge (e.g. process, terminology, and work experience)
- Excellent skills in all aspects of telephone communication(s)
- 3M ESPE Dental product knowledge
- Digital workflow experience
- Software and hardware system configuration
- Problem solving under time critical conditions
- Operation and support of Medical devices
- 3D modeling applications
- Self-starter who works well independently within a close team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, analytical, and short-term planning skills.
- Dental technical lab experience
Location: Maplewood, MN
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international
Relocation: Is not authorized
