Job Summary:
3M eTransformation is seeking an experienced Metrics Analyst with proven competency in administrating enterprise-scale digital analytics platforms. This position will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of reports, user-management, client-support and consultation, as well as technical liaison to the SaaS provider.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Configure and maintain reporting profiles, including web, social media and mobile applications
- Construct custom reports, custom measures and custom dimensions to client specifications
- Provide consultation, training and procedural information to marketing professionals and developers
- Author and maintain technical communications that identify new features, capabilities or best practices to the 3M Digital Marketing Community
- Troubleshoot and identify corrective actions for metrics code used in web, social media and mobile applications
- Develop and sustain cross-functional relationships with other 3M organizations that contribute to marketing measurement processes, such as IT eBusiness and IT Business Intelligence
- Coordinate issue tracking and resolution process for metrics-related services
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting enterprise-scale digital analytics platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Webtrends administration (SaaS version)
- Accredited or certified administrator training from a metrics application provider
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with generic data tools, such as Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, data Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools, Excel
- Minimum of 1 year of experience writing technical communications
- Skilled in common technical scripting languages (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML)
Location: Maplewood, MN
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic and international travel
Relocation: Is NOT authorized
