3M Health Care has an exciting opportunity for an eHUB Business Manager supportin our Heath Care Organization!
The eHub Business Manager who will be responsible for Health Care eBusiness Strategy. Key initiatives include for the eHUB Business Manager include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with Divisions to understand their strategic plans and then interpret those (where appropriate) into e strategies that support their strategic goals
- Global - work with key countries, regions, and US personnel with global responsibility to understand their strategic imperatives and to (where appropriate) extend the Health Care online strategy beyond the US.
- Work within the Health Care organization to develop new business practices and implement eBusiness strategies. Manage process improvement projects to streamline existing solutions.
- Work with Health Care leadership to build awareness and "e" acceptance of new "e" thinking, initiating change.
- Help support growth through "e" - supporting new business ventures (NBV) process, down pyramid strategies, new sources of revenue.
- Address SG&A productivity through "e" - marketers, sales, and customer service
- Drive HCB Brand (online) - Awareness, Interest & Consideration, Trial, Lead, Purchase, Support, Loyalty
- Increase the organizational knowledge of "e" (marketing, business leaders, strategy) - "teach a man to fish"
Location: The person hired for the position will be located in Maplewood, MN. This position may include up to 25% travel.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
- Minimum of three years experience in developing and leading strategy in digital marketing, interactive marketing and/or eBusiness/eMarketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, Masters Degree, PhD preferred
- eCommerce and/ or eMerchadising experience is required
- Combined experience leading and managing teams, external agencies and/or contract employees
- Combined experience with tools such as Web Trends, Google Analytics and/or Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of three years experience analyzing data for reporting and drawing business conclusions
- Minimum of three years combined experience in developing campaigns, programs and business practices in social media marketing, search marketing, web development, mobile website and app development, email marketing and/or “earned owned” content marketing.
- Experience with online customer care
- Minimum of five years experience managing teams
- Experience with eLearning or training is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse global cross functional teams
