職務内容
- eCommerce:
Work closely with eCommerce Sales to meet eCommerce sales goals for Direct, Partner and Distributor EC Channel
Optimize cross-channel–work with BU Sales and Marketing to maximize opportunities and impact for capturing sales in the best channel
Create and maintain analytics dashboard capturing complete view of eCommerce business and tracking brand awareness
Coordinate and support activities between BU Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service and Finance
Manage partners and agencies (contents development)
Continually improve site conversion, landing pages, acquisition, retention through A/B testing, site improvements, and enhancing our customers' eCommerce experience
Develop process and reporting of product plans, budgets and forecasts reflecting sales planning cycles
- Digital Marketing:
Work closely with BU Marketing to develop each BU's eCommerce strategy and process
Timely coordination, execution and production of brand and product marketing campaigns
Optimize SEM, Mobile, SEO, paid search, defining campaign targets and measures
Develop tracking, reporting and KPI’s for site traffic and digital campaigns
Manage email marketing and the customer experience, driving word of mouth and repeat purchases
Develop, refresh and maintain digital content (product launches, videos, images, stories)
REQUIRED
‐ 経験年数:上記業務経験 2年以上(eCommerce/Digital Mktg)
‐ 英語:ビジネスレベル以上
NICE TO HAVE
‐ 消費財系メーカーのEC担当等 (ECサイトそのものよりは、メーカー側でEC経験者が望ましい)
