The person hired for the position of EHub eBusiness Project Analyst will provide project and program management for Health Care businesses for their eOperations, eMarketing systems and eBusiness needs. This position will also manage custom or special projects as the business needs arise. Platforms may include, but not limited to, social engagement and listening, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation, web content management, product data management, security and intranet solutions, web analytics and related.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Leads project and program definition, analysis of business needs and objectives and recommendations for eOperations execution
- Implements programs in partnership with business and IT, external vendors, and manages timelines, change orders, issues/conflicts and outcomes
- Determines best course of action, matching business needs with eOperations functions and tools available to 3M, as well as new to world solutions
- Supports business leaders, Health Care eHub and the global Health Care organization, especially IT eBusiness analysts, programmers and eMarketers
- Ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget; strong negotiation and logistical skills among a globally diverse organization
Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in marketing operations, eMarketing operations, eBusiness management, digital marketing and/or IT project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, another Data
- Science focused degree
- Project Management certification
- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, principles and practices in organization
- Experience in eOperations management systems including: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eMail management, Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management
- Systems (LMS), databases, social engagement tools, website management tools
- Skills include flexibility, logical thinking, problem solving / solutions focus
- Experience with data analytics
