Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Medical Education Specialist will develop and execute education programs, materials, and tools for clinical users of 3M products.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Partner with subject matter experts in the development of course content and programs
- Manage process and deliver on tactics in support of education strategy
- Leverage and prepare educational assets for use and/or modification to global network
- Develop education content and messaging for web pages and customer learning management system
- Lead global education and professional relations strategies that drive customer & market change
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of three (3) years combined experience in education and/or training
- Healthcare industry and/or provider experience
- Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Skills include ability to effectively prioritize, organize, document and execute tactics
- PMP certification
- Experience communicating and interacting with Health Care Professionals
- Experience with creation of digital clinical content
- Experience in curriculum design and/or training methodologies
- Understanding of adult learning principles
Location: Maplewood, MN
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
Relocation: Is not authorized
