3M is seeking an eChannel Syndication Analyst for our eHub Organization within 3M's Industrial Business Group (IBG) located at our global headquarters in Maplewood, MN. Ready to be part of what's next?

Job Summary:

The eCommerce Syndication Analyst be responsible for providing requested 3M product catalog content to our channel partners and other customers. Working collaboratively with other groups throughout 3M and in alignment with the overall digital customer experience strategy, the eCommerce Syndication Analyst is the a key resource in providing this data in the requested formats and identification of data gaps that are being requested and working with process owners to establish or enrich content models to ensure our back of the shop databases are populated for future utilization of these data types.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work closely with eHub eCommerce leadership to follow identified best practices and processes to improve presence on eCommerce websites. This includes executing and/or instructing account resources on steps required to execute product page improvements and other requisite best practices to reach eCommerce site entitlement.
- Work closely with the eHub and division marketing/marcom team to identify sources of new content and best practices and processes to manage data and assets for channel eCommerce programs
- Bring new channel partner data requirements forward into acquisition steps of the data management process
- Aggregate product attributes and images formatted to meet customer specifications
- Execute routine audit (refresh) procedures to assure product data (internal and external) remains in sync
- Collaborate with internal teams to create best practices for first in search initiatives, new product launch initiatives, landing page optimization and other e-commerce tactics.
- Manage vendor catalog listings and align with internal product keys and data points

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of three (3) years manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using vlookups and pivot tables
- Minimum of three (3) years combined experience with customer facing and/or or eBusiness systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy.
- Ability to provide actionable plans for any tasks that will require intervention for completion
- Excellent communications, writing and oral presentation skills, keen business acumen with sensitivity to interpersonal relationships & team dynamics, able to inspire high degree of confidence, challenges status quo for measurable improvement, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce analytics and application of concepts to daily operations
- Demonstrates positive energy, confidence and optimism; an energizing leadership style; is collaborative; has a “can-do” “can-help” attitude; creates a positive work environment. Acts with intelligence, speed and courage to make tough business decisions, taking appropriate risk.
- Self starter who can effectively work in a fast paced environment and work through and manage change/ambiguity with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Ability to work with several different functions, across multiple levels in the organization
- Ability to think critically, grasp system design and interdependencies, and understand relationships between critical issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ability to manipulate and query large amounts of data
- Ability to learn/utilize database query tools
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing, e-commerce, sales and/or customer service experience
- Deep understanding of taxonomy, marketing data/attributes and content best practices for e-Commerce
- Experience analyzing and applying data to make decisions
- Proven track record of consistently delivering measurable results.
