Position:
We offer a unique opportunity to train and educate dental professionals on a revolutionary digital dental product. You will help to establish product leadership position in the marketplace.
The Clinical Training Specialist will be responsible for developing training curriculum and protocol for dental professionals on a revolutionary digital system. The role will involve understanding the capabilities of the system, efficiently train users and integrate into the dental practice.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training curriculum and protocol for 3M Digital Impression System
- Provide hands-on technical/clinical training of 3M Digital Impression System to a variety of audiences
- Define workflow integration protocol for dental professionals with the 3M Digital Impression System
- Transfer training and product knowledge to a variety of audiences (train the trainer).
- Provide ongoing feedback to the training specialist team on training delivery, design and training materials for ongoing program development.
- Provide product demonstrations and group training sessions for dental professionals.
- Train and generate product support with universities and opinion leaders to generate increased users and system support.
- Contribute dental expertise to the development of product use, performance and protocol.
- Collect and provide feedback to research and development teams.
- Interface with sales and marketing teams to collaborate on training activities.
- Participate in tradeshow and special events.
Up to 50% regional and national travel is required
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment via status (e.g., H1B status)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in dental industry
- Technical Degree
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Certified Dental Technician (CDT), Dental Training experience and/or another certification not listed above
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with computers and technology.
- High level of proficiency in office desktop applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) as well as internet research and email.
- Must be able to speak knowledgably about dental products and clinical procedures.
- Self motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional drive, creative energy, and outstanding people skills.
- Strong team and customer orientation with successful experience in coaching, motivating and training.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and coaching skills.
