3M is seeking a eBusiness Analyst for the Abrasives Systems Division (ASD) located at our global headquarters in Maplewood, MN. Be part of what’s next!
Job Summary:
The ASD eBusiness Analyst is a results-oriented individual with experience in internet-related promotions, lead generation automation, database marketing strategies, mobile strategies and implementation, and website development. The eBusiness Analyst will assist in e-marketing efforts, strategy development, and implementation and measurement of online promotion and search engine optimization strategies. The eBusiness Analyst utilizes effective online communications to extend and support the overall brand experience
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop eBusiness Strategic & Operational Plan for Division business plans.
- Responsible for planning and prioritization of interactive marketing programs as a member of the marketing communications team
- Helps drive key online projects from concept through launch including working cross organizationally with other business teams and marketing organization.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and commitments are met and provide exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Coordinate divisional mobile efforts.
- Lead marketing automation and lead-to-revenue projects across division.
- Communicate and assist in establishing best practices, improvement opportunities, technical and legal developments to improve overall eBusiness competency to the ASD team.
- Help channel team deliver successful digital marketing programs.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and search engine marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of combined marketing and/or interactive marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Business or Marketing
- Knowledge of online marketing concepts, tools, practices and methodologies related to email marketing, search marketing and e-commerce.
- Ability to work cross functionally to see project to completion
- Prior project management experience within the eBusiness
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing programs from concept to completion, using metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Experience planning interactive marketing plans
- Experience creating operational plans
- Strong organizational skills
- Outside in thinking
- Very strong communication, analytical and inter-personal skills
