The position of Marketing Co-Ordinator is located in Nigeria and will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties:

Manages product portfolio and pyramid through Market understanding (3 C’s – competitor, customer and company capabilities; additional information such as power of suppliers, distributor consolidation, substitute products, etc) and product life cycle management.
- Development of marketing plans including collection of data from internal and external sources, verification and analysis of data, recommendations on programs, and utilization of official marketing plan process and tools.
- Responsible for A&M budget for the team/work group, under supervision of business management and according to marketing plan.
- Development and implementation of research programs utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods, and management of research projects including costs, timing and other factors relevant to completion of the project.
- Uses data to analyze market coverage and track channel performance, coordinates the implementation and tracking of channel-specific programs and promotions.
- Operates with customer/end-user focus, with understanding of customer needs, goals, processes, and customer life cycle management.
- Coordinates internally and externally for the execution of brand and/or product marketing programs such as packaging design projects, promotion activities, digital marketing and social media, pricing programs and sales material, and uses brand measures to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Development of dedicated CRM campaigns with established campaign scope/ objectives, execution and management of campaigns, with clearly defined metrics for measurement and control plan.
- Coordinates new product development and introduction efforts following defined new product strategies from leaderships and derives consistent use of New Product Introduction (NPI) process/tools.
- Conducts price competitive analysis and recommends pricing change when appropriate. Helps define/implement pricing corridors s in alignment with business strategies.
- Ensures accurate implementation of approved price lists, planned price increase and analysis of pricing reports.
- Contributes to demand planning (forecasting) by collecting information from sales and analyzing demand trends in relation to market size and entitlement.
- Provides macro and micro trend analysis, situation analysis, sales analysis and insights.
