We are currently looking for a new Dental Sales Specialist to join our ESPE Dental Division covering the Central London Territory. Ready to be part of what's next?
Remuneration
£Competitive salary (dependent on experience) plus sales performance bonus scheme and quality company car
Territory – Central London – covering postcodes – EC, HA, SW, W, WC, WD, TW
Preferred candidate location – Harrow / Uxbridge

Overall Mission
3M ESPE manufactures and markets more than 2,000 dental products and services including restoratives, Lava crowns and bridges, temporisation, adhesives, impression materials, cements, implants, preventive and cosmetic dentistry. Another addition is the Lava Chairside Oral Scanner, (Lava C.O.S), revolution in modern dentistry. Lava C.O.S. uses breakthrough technology to capture tooth anatomy, allowing precise-fitting restorations offering the convenience and comfort of digital impressions
Your role is to increase primary demand for ESPE Dental products on your defined sales territory
Key Job Responsibilities
You will have the autonomy to drive sales growth of 3M ESPE products to Dental Practices within your define sales territory with your key responsibilities below:
- Promote specified 3M Espe products to Primary Care markets
- To deliver the agreed sales plan for the designated sales territory
- To focus on the target customer segmentations so as to ensure CIP
- Build strong relationships with prioritised key decision makers to drive business growth
- Develop & maintain a territory plan to achieve sales target
- Manage administration tasks
- Gather and utilise knowledge of competitor products, competitor claims and competitor technologies to support business development
- To manage channel partner sales relationships on territory
- Keep up to date with latest product developments
- Develop intimate knowledge of the customer's practice and priorities to ensure that 3M programmes are customer focussed and relevant.
- Influences customer and their practice using clinical and evidence based arguments
Skills, experience and key capabilities
- Strong track record in sales

Knowledge and understanding of the dental Industry is preferred but not essential

Strong track record in Sales preferably within the medical or vetinary sector
- Face to Face selling experience essential
- Candidates must live on defined territory
- Have the ability to build excellent customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive and Energy to succeed and win
- Have a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
Qualifications
Good level of education with a Degree preferred but not essential
