3M is seeking a Marketing Supervisor for the Infection Prevention Division located in Maplewood, MN. Be part of what’s next!
Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for the US Marketing for the Littmann® Stethoscope business. Customer channels include e-commerce (i.e. mass e-tail, specialty e-tail), wholesalers, retail outlets and Healthcare key accounts.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Leads development of end user and channel marketing programs to drive profitable growth
- Implements and manages student marketing programs to drive increased brand awareness and purchase frequency. Includes implementation of programs to drive increased sales leads.
- Works closely with US Sales team to accelerate adoption of new products
- Manages Amazon US programs for the Littmann® stethoscope business
- Manages portfolio strategies based on end-user segmentation
- Works closely with global marketing team to align strategic objectives and market implementation to meet financial goals (top and bottom line)
- Provides regular forecast and demand plan details across product mix
- Manages product advertising and merchandising budget
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of three (3) years of Marketing, Sales and/or e-Commerce experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing
- Cross functional team leadership
- Demonstrated Digital Marketing and Analytics expertise
- Experience in e-commerce marketing and distribution
- Experience with retail channels and distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills
Location: Maplewood, MN
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic travel
Relocation: Is not authorized
