3M is seeking a Digitization Coordinator for the Health Care Business Group eHub located in Maplewood, MN. Be part of what’s next!
Job Summary:
The person hired for the digitization coordinator position will organize and update product marketing content in corporate product information management system (i.e. GPIM and Celum) to provide a superior web catalog experience. The successful candidate will have strong problem solving skills and the ability to successfully advocate on division and corporate wide teams.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Design, build and maintain product data hierarchies to support 3M websites, channel partner sites, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Support and oversee all product information in 3M Health Care as it relates to digital marketing initiatives
- Investigate and resolve issues that affect the online catalogs
- Support the creation and maintenance of product catalogs for website replications globally
- Provide situational reporting and investigation to support day to day operations
- Provide continuous process improvements in the digitization area
- Consult with divisions on the best ways to display products to meet program objectives
- Assist in training cross-functional teams in the use of new tools for data management efficiency, consistency and thoroughness
- Execute regular audits of data to assure product information is accurate and updates are timely for internal and external use
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years data management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work with Marketing and Marketing Communications teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of 3M product or customer information systems
