3M is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator for the Health Care Business Group eHub located in Maplewood, MN. Be part of what’s next!
Job Summary: The person hired for the position of eCommerce Coordinator will be responsible for new SKU set up & maintenance of 3M Health Care products on eCommerce websites. The successful candidate will have strong problem solving skills, and a deep understanding of the consumer/shopper experience as it relates to online shopping and B2B eCommerce expectations and growth.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Improve presence of 3M Health Care products on eCommerce websites using best practices and processes. This includes SKU presence improvements, product detail page improvements, images, videos and rich content and other requisite best-practices to reach eCommerce sales goals.
- Execute eCommerce Merchandising plans for 3M Health Care
- Responsible for execution of product content, product positioning, website advertising and demand generation packages, and channel strategy
- Ability to customize recommendations to maximize presence of 3M products based upon technical and business operation best practices.
- Work with eMetrics to report on and analyze eCommerce performance using metrics and final business outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of eCommerce , eChannel and/or Digital Marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively operationalize an eCommerce strategy
- Ability to navigate well in ambiguity.
- Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions. Record of making decisions and implementing change.
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to navigate across Organizational boundaries effectively.
