We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive specialising in Communications, to join our Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD) in our Industrial Business, based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Location – Bracknell, Berkshire

Remuneration - £competitive with additional benefits

Overall Mission

This role is to develop and implement a new integrated Content Led Communications strategy across multiple audiences within the Automotive Refinish Industry and the wider consumer “Car Enthusiasts” segment. We are a market focused business, which allows us to effectively target our brand message across multiple channels and our Communications strategy is a key differentiator in the industry. AAD implement a comprehensive comms schedule, which is currently in the process of transitioning to a more engaging, content led approach while still achieving the right on and off-line balance for the industry.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of a new content-led Communications Strategy, working closely with our external agency to develop, execute and measure the ROO of each on-line and off-line programme.
- Develop and implement a media plan (including Advertising, PR, Exhibitions & Events) with our key Industry media partners; ensuring our brand exposure and coverage is maximised.
- Lead and develop our on-line presence via multiple digital platforms eg. Web, YouTube, Social, Apps
- Work closely with our Contract Sales Team, to develop a bespoke Communications plan to support our Key End-Users and Distributors
- Manage and develop our on-line Channel Communications
- Lead the development and usage of iPresent across the AAD Sales & Marketing Teams
- Gather customer and competitor insights to build market knowledge and feed into future communications strategy
- Set and manage expenditure plan
- Pro-active member of the Marketing team and contribution to “Marketing initiatives” outside of immediate responsibility

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Proven marketing experience
- Digital & Social Communications experience
- Evidence of creative content
- Experience of creating and co-ordinating Marketing campaigns
- Experience of managing agencies
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Ability to be an effective team leader and a pro-active team player
- Enthusiastic, self motivated individual, driven to achieve results
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinker combined with a pro-active appetite to implement new ideas and approaches
- Team spirit and “Can Do” Attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum 2:1 Degree in a relevant Business-related subject (essential)
- Post Graduate Marketing qualification (desirable)

- Candidates will be required to complete a variety of assessments relevant to the job requirements
