3M Belgium is looking for a ‘Regional Sales & Marketing Manager Dental Markets’
Your overall responsibilities are to :
- develop and implement local business plan and marketing activities in order to achieve the local and European objectives e.g. Sales, Operating Income and Account Receivable targets for the Unitek business.
- Lead, coach the Unitek teams in order to support and implement the local business plan
- Play an active role in the personal development and development of leadership attributes of the direct reports.
Key Responsabilities :
- Develop and implement business plan
- Develop business plan
- Align Organization, resources
- Manage Profit & Loss: sales, Cross Gross Margin & Costs (Operating Income)
- Manage Account Receivable turns
- Manage Sales & Operation planning & service to the customers
- Organization
- Coach and guide the team
- Support personal development, leadership behaviors
- Promote and use Six Sigma in the organization
- Customers
- Accountable for End User success
- Customer field visits with sales reps
- Maintain regular contacts with key opinion leaders to gain market intelligence
- Manage activities with partners such as orthocenter
- Manage and drive Digital dentistry
- European Management Contacts
- Maintain contacts with European management and business managers of other countries (BeNeLux team management)
- Collaborate closely with Western Business Development Management
- Be involved in Strategic planning process

Who are we looking for?
- You have an university degree (preferably MBA), or equivalent thru experience
- Minimum 10 years sales/marketing experience. People management skills are a must.
- Understanding 3M processes (product development, program planning, internal procedures); understanding Dental Market & Health Care business principles
- Good analytical, organizational, marketing, negotiations and people skills are key as well as strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
