3M is seeking a Channel Marketing Intern for the Health Care Division located in London, Ontario. Ready to be part of what's next?
This role will support the Market Development team in the creation and execution of penetration strategies for the Out of Hospital Channel within the Medical Division. This role will include experience with product promotion, pricing, distribution and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop integrated Out of Hospital Channel specific marketing programs for the Medical Division
- Explore and incorporate the use of e-based marketing applications
- Conference & tradeshow management/planning – set and execute tradeshow plans
- Develop marketing program content for Home Health Retail space, collaborating with internal and external partners
- Perform market research to develop valued based market approach within the Out of Hospital market
Minimum Qualifications:
- Available to work an 8 month term
- In the final 2 years of an undergraduate degree
- Enrolled in a co-op or internship program
Skills Profile:
- Strong understanding of general marketing principles
- Creative, analytical and strategic thinker
- Exceptional editing and proofing skills
- Organized, resourceful multitasker who can prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a marketing role preferred
- Digital experience is an asset
