3M’s Health Care Business is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for their eHub.
Job Summary:
The person hired for this role will lead global web and digital marketing analytics for 3M's Health Care brands, bringing together global brand teams, information technology teams and external agencies to improve the performance of Health Care websites and digital marketing to maximize the achievement of measurable business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Measuring for successful digital marketing outcomes, such as click through rate, online engagement behavior, bounce rate, customer satisfaction, user behavior and key conversion events.
- Drive understanding of digital marketing and website analytics impact amongst Health Care marketers and management through best practice sharing, reports/dashboards and presentations.
- Engage teams in best practices in planning for digital marketing analytics against the prospect and customer sales funnel, market segmentation and solutions segmentation.
- Contribute to the success of digital marketing analytics by implementing strategies that drive business results and support brand and user goals.
- Develop dashboard reporting which encompasses key performance metrics from the spectrum of digital marketing activities including brand websites, online advertising, social media platforms, search and email to help drive consumer engagement.
- Participate in global “deep dive” projects to improve marketing performance on 3M and partner websites and in broad spectrum digital marketing campaigns.
Location: this position is located at 3M Center in Maplewood, MN. Relocation assistance is not currently available.
Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum three (3) years experience working with Web Analytics
- Experience working with Web Trends, Omniture, Coremetrics and/or Google Analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years project management experience
- Minimum of three years on-line marketing experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience counseling diverse, global marketing teams in identifying key performance metrics and translation into marketing dashboards
- Experience using multivariate testing tools such as Google Website Optimizer, Omniture Test & Target or WebTrends Optimize
- Interactive marketing experience
- Vendor or agency management experience
- Experience collaborating with IT or related vendors to craft integrated digital dashboards
- Familiarity with HTML and basic Javascript
